What does ESOP mean?
ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) is an employee benefit plan governed and regulated by United States law. Control Works began its journey into an ESOP company in 2006, becoming 100% employee-owned.
Employee-ownership means that everyone at CWI has a vested interest in the success of the company.
